Mon 4th April: Clifton Grove - Blackcap, 3 Chiffchaff and 1 Common Whitethroat in the Grove, 1 House Martin, 6 Sand Martin and 1 Sedge Warbler on Holme Pit.
Sun 5th April: Clifton Grove - 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Blackcap and a male Lesser Spotted Woodpecker behind the University,
Sat 10th April: Barton in Fabis - 1 Little Ringed Plover on the flash and 2 Wheatear on the ploughed Field facing Branshill Wood.
Sun 11th April: Barton in Fabis - 1 White Wagtail and 2 Wheatear on the ploughed field.
Wed 14th April: Clifton Grove - 2 Common Tern near Beeston Weir and 2 Yellow Wagtail on the Weir Field. 6 Blackcap,
4 Willow Warbler, 1 Common Whitethroat and 7 Chiffchaff in the Grove.
Sat 17th April: Barton in Fabis - 70 + Sand Martins over the river near Barton Island. White Wagtail, 3 Yellow Wagtails and 4 Wheatear on the ploughed field.
Sun 18th April: Barton in Fabis - 10 Wheatears, 3 Yellow Wagtails and 2 White Wagtail on the ploughed field facing Branshill Wood. Also calling Cuckoo near the Ponds.
Sat 24th April: Clifton Grove - 18 Common Terns near Beeston Weir. 1 Lesser Whitethroat and two Reed Warbler on Holme Pit.
Tue 27th April: Beeston Weir - 4 Swift late evening. Thu 29th April: Barton in Fabis - 10 Yellow Wagtails and 1Wheatear in the field near the flash.

Thu 14th Oct: Barton in Fabis - 2 Stonechat on fence posts near Barton Island 2 Buzzard over Branshill Wood. Reported sighting today of a Crane in fields behind Barton Island reported from Attenborough, but no sign of it despite searching the whole area all afternoon.

Sat 4th Dec: Barton in Fabis - c300 Golden Plover over Barton Flash and a single Short Eared Owl in the set-aside behind the flash.
Sun 5th Dec: Barton in Fabis: c300 Golden Plover circling high over Barton Flash headed off over to Attenborough. 2 Shelduck on field in front of Barton Island.
Sun 5th Dec: Beeston Weir/Clifton Area - 3 Short eared Owls favouring fields behind Beeston Weir, also 2 Stonechats in the area.
Sat 11th Dec: Barton in Fabis: - c500 Golden Plover in the field next to Barton Flash also 1 Short-eared Owl in the set-aside.
Sat 11th Dec: Barton in Fabis 2 Short-eared Owls and 2 Stonechat in the set-aside behind Barton Flash.
